I was thinking the same thing. But one dead and one in custody seems like they are pretty sure.

Pretty sure the “two gunmen” claim was debunked pretty early on this one. One gunman who was shot and is in custody.

Shooter was son of a local sheriff who got access to her firearms.

I don't think she was killed. They did say the two killed were not students, but no word on him killing his mother.

Well, when was this shooting? Maybe they haven't gotten around to talking with her. I'm not predicting she's dead; I'm just saying that there might be more to the story than we know right now. Too early to lambaste the mom, I think, not that it really matters what is posted here.

So a "good guy/gal with a gun" didn't properly secure their firearm and now people are dead or badly injured.
