"... Sources say that authorities received calls about an armed man dressed in black with a rifle at that location, and this has been declared a mass casualty event. Officials say there are approximately 20 victims so far. Four people are listed in critical condition, and it has been confirmed that two people are dead.

Police are also investigating reports that an explosive device may have been placed inside the church building.

Governor Tim Walz says he has been briefed on the situation.
