Illinois State Police are actively helping ICE. Is Pritzker all talk? Or does he have no control?

Can anyone imagine if Obama sent Massachusetts National Guard to Texas like this? I know we play that game all the time, but seriously does anyone think Texas woulda been like sure, yeah, we’ll cooperate and see how it goes. Thanks, Obama!
