There are certainly other examples, but this thread is a perfect example of the lengths that MAGAs will go to avoid accepting any blame for their actions or those of other people in their movement. And of their obsession with projecting their own behavior and actions onto those of liberals and Democrats. The evidence is overwhelming at this point that the guy was a proud Trumper and fanatic for a whole host of standard right-wing causes and beliefs, yet in their minds that is just evidence that liberals and Democrats like Walz must somehow be behind the entire thing. They can't possibly be to blame, it's just GOT to be the fault of Democrats somehow!

He may not be legally insane (he is not) but that doesn’t mean he was normal either. Dude is a nutter. Lots of off people can meticulously plan crimes. The part of the brain that strategizes isn’t the same part of the brain that decides to go on a killing spree in the first place.

A lot of people who are smart end up with mental illness. Being smart does not preclude u from ending up bonkers or becoming a serial killer.
