the no-call in the UCLA match was indeed horrific and cost us a national championship. unbelievably poor stuff.

the referee we had tonight, chesky, has an awful reputation......she's a wsoc folk legend....in a bad way.

pretty universally hated by USWNT fans and many NWSL fans and has a lot of legendarily bad calls / non-calls on her resume. she unforgettably incorrectly disallowed a christen press golazo against mexico a few years ago.

Appreciate the history on Chesky. She definitely had some bad calls / no calls tonight from what I could tell but hey at least she didn’t cost us a national championship

sentnor and king went 1-2 in the 2024 NWSL draft as underclassmen. thomas will probably have major interest from non-nwsl clubs, too.

Why can't we just give her 2 million/yr in NIL $ to stay for her Junior and Senior years ? Or give her more than that if necessary. That would be money well spent compared to the wasted NIL $ being handed out to football players

Close friend is good friends with a couple who are semi big-time donors to sports and uni in general. They are earmarking all their sports $ to non-revenue sports this year.
