New Anti-Israel Protest at UNC?

If true (and it looks like a protest was scheduled today), hearts and minds, guys. Nothing wins hearts and minds like childish vandalism.

On the plus side, it appears that only dozens of people are directly involved.

PETA has been doing it for two decades. It is definitely a marketing tactic for certain groups; it is more effective as a profile-raising exercise than a "changing hearts and minds" exercise.
 
Vandalism, theft, and destruction of property is just completely unacceptable. Needs to be met with expulsions (students) and dismissals (faculty/staff) for those involved, if not pressed charges.

Yea Its kind of weird The part of their protest signs "Israel bombs USA Pays" has a very true tone that we should all think about The paint that can be covered up in 25 minutes does not really piss me off-if I think about what Israel is doing-like hundreds of little bombs being set off on humans in Lebanon-true terrorism .
The tactics of breaking into buildings (and yes the paint) is just stupid given the Chancellor has as his singular PR to date being confronting the protestors and given a permanent assignment in part because of he and the frat boys actions
 
Left wing insane nutjobs. These fools are far worse than the average MAGA supporter. They are on the level of Trump, Vance, and Robinson.

If this was planned and announced, shame on UNC for not being prepared, locking these fools up for several days, and even better, keeping them off campus.

This is not protest, these are wackos spreading hate and seeking violence.
 
The ROTC corner has been spared from the educational industrial complex on campus for a while now. After the Lebanon crap blowing up @3,000 folks in 1 minute (given over 2 days)was going to create action from folks sympathetic to the Palestinians and the US support of what looks like terrorism to me and most of the world.
 
“Death to UNC”? Is this them telling us there aren’t actually any UNC students in this SJP cell?
