The Jets’ coach was an All-Pro corner with 41 interceptions in his playing career.

And, some people think having Jeff Lebo and Hubert Davis on staff means they should be good shooting coaches and/or that our players should shoot well. Doesn’t work that way. Bill Guthridge was one helluva big man coach; he’d have been one helluva BAD big man.

Outside of Panthers/Seahawks, I think I’m looking forward to watching the GB/CHI rubber match the most. I’d like to see the Bears win, but it would be so on brand for them to seal the division against the Packers in dramatic fashion at home, just to lose to them a few weeks later in the playoffs in the same stadium lol.

I love how the NFL still puts a premium on winning your division and better playoff seedings rather than adopt the now NBA model where there are no divisions anymore. It makes rivalries much better in my opinion.

Yeah, this was almost certainly a move that needed to happen.

Of course, it usually helps one side more than the the other. I'm curious who will be the one it helped more 5 years from now.
