The handicapped stalls take up 3 spots upstairs and we don't have an elevator...

Well maybe if the regular toilets weren't designed to be the right height for a four year old boy, I wouldn't use the handicap stall.

As the parent of a child who is full time wheelchair user, I never use Handicapped stall and am very disappointed at the way able bodied people leave that stall all too often a disgusting mess we have to navigate

Folks know the lay of the land typically. It’s useable if you are at work and no one really qualifies to use it. If it’s an unknown spot - you have to pass.
In my building I have 10 restrooms in easy walking distance. I've never had an issue.

I would prefer a bidet over our john Wayne toilet paper.

The handicrapper aka the Taj Mahstall at our office is absurdly high and therefore uncomfortable to sit on. I'm 5'11" and my toes barely touch the floor. That said, no one at our office is in a wheelchair or otherwise (visibly) handicapped, but even then, I will only use it if no other options are available.

I get that and if my desk was downstairs I would absolutely agree BUT I'm upstairs and we don't have an elevator and no one who would require the stalls is assigned to desks upstairs.

I didn’t say me. I said it needs to be an option.
Unfortunately, that wouldn't work for me because heading home would require me to go off base, drive 20ish, take a ish, then drive 20ish, then wait in line for the MPs to check my ID so I don't get shot try to get back on base.
