Because you are pretty sure it's some sort of fish/chicken mush reconstituted into a resemblance of the original product. We know it's crap but assume safe crap.
These black robe folks better check themselves before they wreck themselves. I'm just really disappointed that the supreme court (yes lower case) has ruined the architecture of the separation of power.
