None of those things are at all constitutional. Although I guess you could say that Congress could start the ball rolling on getting a constitutional amendment ending Federal pardons. Good luck.

In case you haven't noticed, the constutution doesnt functionally exist any longer. We live in the world of the unitary executive now and that has been completely recognized by SCOTUS who refuses to reign it in.

That would require having a Dem in the Oval office. Dem presidents have been very good at cleaning up our foreign policy over the past 15 years. We also negotiated a bi-partisan immigration reform bill that passed the Senate but the GQPer House Speaker refused to allow a vote in the House, so we also need a Dem Congress.
