"Penis Man" graffiti suspect arrested: Tempe PD

Police say the suspect, identified as 36-year-old Tanner Ballengee, is accused of criminal damage in connection with graffiti that feature the words "Penis Man." Ballengee was arrested on Sept. 25.

I work in the area this happened, and drove past one of his exhibitions last week. I remember wondering if Penis Man was supposed to be the name of a super hero or something because no actual drawing accompanied the graffiti. It was just the words "Penis Man!" on the side of a building. Got a pretty good chuckle out of it.
