People watching other people react to videos/sporting events

IMO, YouTube has become a wasteland where desirable content people are actually looking for has been overly diluted by:
1. Fan made movie/TV series trailers
2. AI generated clickbait crap just for the sake of content creation for monetization (e.g., "look at these workers being masters at their craft" where the video splicing and narration voice is clearly AI)
3. Reaction videos (or a particular flavor of reaction video, something like, "classical piano teacher listens to Billy Joel's 'piano Man'")
Fortunately, all the above are fairly easy to spot.

I have no idea what you are talking about.
Reaction videos are pretty popular on YouTube. Content creators film themselves reacting to movies, television shows, music, sports highlights, even other videos of content creators.

Usually the videos are titled “FIRST TIME WATCHING (insert movie here). “

I just find it hard to believe there are that many YouTubers out there that have never seen all of these movies and never listened to all of this music.

I went through a roughly two-day period where I thought the "first time hearing" reaction videos were kind of fun...then I got bored.

I don't really get how they get any viewers.

It’s mostly fake.

I'll never get tired of this one. Elite Eight, 2017...

Yes that Kentucky reaction video is the best one of all time.

Here is one of the Toby Ketih reaction videos I was talking about. I don't like Toby Keith but I like these reaction videos. It is just fun. I would not put this in the same category as the atrocious AI videos that are ruining YouTube these days.
