Post how much you paid for eggs today

All I can do is LOL when I see a bunch of Democrats create a 10 page thread about egg prices when they were more than happy to not say a word about the 9.1% inflation created by a bunch of incompetent leaders which led to the high price of eggs, and everything else, to begin with.

Spoiler alert....prices will likely never come down to the level they were before. That is the price you pay for voting stupid people into office.
Well you second paragraph is dead on. But you completely missed the rest. Especially the joke about the eggs.

LOL is right since all you dumb fuck MAGA losers spent the entire past year talking about how Trump would bring prices down. Completely predictable now that he's in office you change your tune. By the way, you make yourself look even dumber by not understanding how the pandemic impacted inflation. This has been explained to people like you over and over again on this board, but you are too stupid to even be embarrassed by your ignorance.
He also missed that the egg cost isn't as much inflation as it is health risk.

Let just compare the numbers from Trump highest yearly number of crossings over the next four years to Biden's highest number, all with the same immigration laws, and go from there. Let's just compare and contrast and see if a president has any control over immigration. How much money you want to wager that Biden's will be lower?
Now you move the goal post.

Are you fucking 12?

Literally none of that is true. Also, you should remember who was president at the time. You are like the idiots who get interviewed on the Daily Show or Jimmy Kimmel who say things like, "all I want to know is, why wasn't Barack Obama in the Oval Office on 9/11." Heck, you probably are one of them.
I love those interviews.

The other day my mom was holding an egg and pondering the high cost. She dropped it. It was quite funny. The most expensive egg she's ever dropped.

Most menu items at the popular Philadelphia breakfast chain Green Eggs Cafe are – true to its name – made with eggs.

Co-owner Stephen Slaughter said that about 90% of its dishes depend on eggs, ticking off a short list: “Our French toast, our pancake batters, our hollandaise sauce, obviously eggs and omelets.” So when his vendors started charging $8 for a dozen eggs, all six Green Egg Cafe locations felt the pinch.

Slaughter said that a year ago, the ingredients for a plate of bacon, eggs and toast with a side of coffee might have cost $3 or $4; he estimates those costs have now doubled.

“It’s cutting into our margins pretty significantly,” he said. And that’s a problem in a part of the restaurant sector known for converting relatively inexpensive ingredients into fast, affordable comfort foods.

Egg prices alone have nearly doubled since December, according to the US Department of Agriculture, and many breakfast restaurants and diners are reeling. Waffle House, a chain with more than 2,000 locations, recently announced a $0.50-per-egg surcharge due to inflation and the worst avian influenza outbreak in history, as tens of millions of birds have been culled to contain its spread.

It’s not just eggs that have gone up in price. Coffee is at a 47-year high, driven by climate disruptions in Brazil and Vietnam, the world’s largest producers. The cost of frozen orange juice has nearly doubled since 2020, due to citrus disease and climate shocks. Flour, too, has become more expensive in recent years, with prices spiking in 2022 following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Slaughter’s team last increased prices in October 2023 due to inflation. “We’re trying to do everything we can to not raise our prices. No one wants to go into a breakfast place and have to pay $25,” he said.

As we have all said at one time or another, there is literally a tweet of his for everything.
Let's not take out eyes off the ball, however, which is exactly what Trump wants us to do. On the campaign trail, he said that he—and only he—could fix inflation immediately. Did he not? Tick tock, Trump. You have all three levels of government on your side. No excuses.

Especially if it is made up p and it seems real (to me)

This is why I screenshot his stuff and usually don’t post others claims about his tweets. But failed.my own approach in this case.

It did seem real to me as well.

He has, however, said aloud more than once that he "would bring down prices starting on day one." I remember watching the clips, clear as day. It was the same flavor of bullshit when he said he could defeat ISIS and they'd "come to the table on day one."

Speaking in front of a table of packaged foods, Trump used an August press conference to draw attention to food inflation during his campaign for president. “Grocery prices have skyrocketed,” he said.

“When I win, I will immediately bring prices down, starting on day one,” Trump continued. “We will drill, baby, drill,” he said, referring to increasing domestic oil production. “That’s going to bring down prices of everything.”

I appreciate your diligence and bringing falsehoods to light no matter who it may be about is a good thing, but this changes exactly nothing when it comes to any kind of evaluation of Trump's integrity.
