I just saw an article about this, had missed this post earlier. Livid does not begin to describe how I feel about this situation.As someone who had to have a D&C after a missed miscarriage about 20 years ago now, I am so glad I had protection of Roe for the sake of my health (and fertility so we could eventually have our son a year or so later at a relatively late age for a mom).
What happened to this poor young woman is exactly what my doctors told me could happen to me if I elected to wait for my body to complete the miscarriage.
