He’s referring to that indictment against the SPLC that’s aimed at doxxing informants and ending an organization that has kept tabs on and provided education about extremist groups.Of who? In what court?

There is no mention of any equipment being "bought and paid for" by SPLC informants for the Unite the Right rally. The only thing the informant is alleged to have done regarding the rally is coordinating transportation for several attendees. (Indictment 11a) Is it your contention that these people would not have attended the rally but for the action of Informant F-37? This is your big gotcha?Grand jury indictment.
He hasn't read the indictment. His assertion is based on vibes. You know, like good lawyers do.There is no mention of any equipment being "bought and paid for" by SPLC informants for the Unite the Right rally. Wouldn't your arguments as to why SPLC's actions are bad apply to the Confidential Informant programs of virtually every decent-sized police department in America?
Yeah he was completely fine with all the election "fraud" cases Trump and his stooges brought over the 2020 election with zero evidence (and/or fabricated evidence)He hasn't read the indictment. His assertion is based on vibes. You know, like good lawyers do.
And gerrymandering did not remotely start with Virginia. That is the point. You have selective outrage. The growth of Executive power has been a bipartisan issue since post WWII. “Pen and a phone.”
They’re not law enforcement, they’re grifters. Taking taxpayer money and funneling millions of dollars to hate groups to “prove” right wing terrorism exists in order to ask for more funds to fight….right wing extremists. There is no mention of any equipment being "bought and paid for" by SPLC informants for the Unite the Right rally. What's going to happen is that the case will quickly go nowhere thanks to the bogus nature of the allegations and the bumbling nature of the Trump DOJ. But I guess in the meantime it won't stop you from making up things like "all the tiki torch guys at Charlottesville were paid actors."They’re not law enforcement, they’re grifters. As I said a grand jury has indicted the group so we’ll see what happens.
Now that at long last Trump's DOJ has managed to bring an indictment after having been unable to get an indictment outside Alabama to prosecute Trump's political enemies. They’re not law enforcement, they’re grifters. You mean the Founders who viewed their neighbors as 60% of a human being?Founders hated pure democracy where the mob rules with the power to vote themselves goodies or to vote to disenfranchise their neighbors.
