There’s a guy now doing a presentation on “post-licensure safety” of the vaccination schedule and just going full force into every vaccine conspiracy there is.

Edit: I logged on in the middle, but it’s Aaron Siri, a lawyer whose practice is dedicated to suing vaccine manufacturers.

Really interesting (and telling) that they’ll give him 30 minutes but give actual physicians 2 minutes or less to speak.

The new head of FDA’s center for drug evaluation and research just held up the anti-vax lawyer’s book on camera and suggested everyone read it. Honestly this is so shocking and unprofessional I’m kind of at a loss for words

The “72 jabs” thing assumes that the diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hep B and polio vaccines are given separately. They are almost always given together.

Also, we vaccinate more but the vaccines are much more narrowly targeted than they were in the 70s/80s/90s. We don’t use whole cell vaccines any more- those exposed the immune system to hundreds of antigens at a time, now we use a few proteins that have been proven to yield protection.
 
RFK Jr has loaded up his “advisory panels” with antivax fools who promote their political agenda rather than respect the medical science. They remind me of evangelical “Christians” who are actually much more part of a political movement than a religious movement.

And Republicans claim the left are radicals? Just more nonsense that anyone with half a brain can see right through, but “conservatives” pretend they believe the bullshit because they are too vain to admit they’ve been swindled.

Or maybe they really are just stupid. But I believe the problem is their obstinacy more than their lack of intelligence.
 
And to make it even worse, they're not just spouting and promoting this nonsense, they're now using their newfound control over the federal and state governments to very aggressively go after anyone who criticizes them in an effort to destroy their careers. Which means that the sane ones - mainstream medical doctors and researchers, mainstream scientists, competent bureaucrats, teachers and professors - are now getting fired and having their careers destroyed all so these quacks and charlatans and nutcases won't have to hear their opposition anymore and just ram through whatever they want. From RFK, Jr. stacking his "advisory committee" with anti-vaxx conspiracy freaks who just a couple of decades ago would have been regarded as fringe loons to the professor at OU who was set up by the Evangelical student with the controversy-hunting, publicity-hungry mom, we're entering the dark ages of American medicine, science, and education.
