Hope nobody wants an updated COVID vaccine any time soon.

Dr. Casey Means, Trump's new surgeon general nominee, is RFK Jr. ally and MAHA advocate

President Trump will nominate Dr. Casey Means, an ally of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and prominent advocate for his agenda, to serve as the U.S. surgeon general, the president announced Wednesday.

Laura Loomer coming out swinging against Casey Means after she apparently torpedoed the previous pick for surgeon general too. It’ll be interesting to see how much sway she has over the admin and how far Means gets.

Side note: Loomer is 31.

Our esteemed, highly rational HHS Secretary took his grandkids swimming in contaminated Rock Creek in Washington, DC. He's demented - the guy probably thinks that anyone who gets sick is just weak and had it coming.

According to one article "Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the health secretary, posted photos on Sunday of himself and his grandchildren swimming in a contaminated Washington creek where swimming is not allowed because it is used for sewer runoff.

Rock Creek, which flows through much of Northwest Washington, is used to drain excess sewage and storm water during rainfall. The creek has widespread "fecal" contamination and high levels of bacteria, including E. coli, and the city has banned swimming in all of its waterways for more than 50 years because of the widespread contamination of Rock Creek and other nearby rivers."

Trump Officials Balk at RFK Jr.’s Attack on Pesticides

Some fear disruptions to the food supply chain

“… Kennedy, who is spearheading a coming report to “Make America Healthy Again,” wants to highlight what he views as the deleterious impact of pesticides, people familiar with the matter said. He previously campaigned on removing pesticides from the food supply.

White House officials have raised concerns about the pesticide push and are closely reviewing the coming report, the people said, though it wasn’t clear where President Trump himself stood on the issue. And some officials at the Environmental Protection Agency, which regulates pesticides, and Agriculture Department have cast doubt on Kennedy’s desire to cast weedkillers as harmful to health.

Trump pledged on the campaign trail to investigate pesticides as part of an effort to win support from Kennedy’s backers….”
