I think Zelenski is giving Trump the middle finger a bit more. Ukraine bombed an oil terminal on the Black Sea that the Trump administration sked him not to.

Hell what is his incentive to do anything Trump wants? To get another public scolding? To not get the munitions he is already not getting? To not get sanctions on Putin?

I suspect Zelinskiy has been happy with the last round of Trump sanctions that went into effect last November. They have had an affect. But Ukraine is making progress with its own Physical sanctions on Russia. So maybe Zelinsky is feeling confident.
 
Its disappointing that Russia will get a money infusion from higher oil prices. But it's beginning to look like some money investments will go to Ukraine from ME countries particularly the U.A.E. with something like a 30% investment in Fire Point that builds Ukraine's most significant drones and cruise missiles like the Flamingo. This could really help.
