Ukraine has had the ability to knock out much of Russia's oil exporting capacity for several months. There just wasn't a need with the price of oil Russia was getting was around $40 a barrel. But Trump lifted some sanctions and they had to focus on it. I'm really surprised the EU hasn't had a stroke about it. But if Orban loses, maybe they can bring that pipeline back up.
If they hit the second terminal in the Baltic, then that 40% fall in export capacity is suspect. At least going higher for sure.
But, you have to wonder about the pipelines including natural gas that go to China. Whether you can hit them or not, it might be a good time to have a little talk with China about playing nice and down the middle.
