I know China and India buy a lot of Russian oil on the cheap but this strikes me as a guy with no desire to fight posing as a pugilist and praying that his more level-headed buddies hold him back.

Just symbolically, this seems to require direct action against Russia, not collateral tariffs. And a 100% tariff on India would seem to directly co fluctuate with Trump’s new posts about being on the verge of a trade deal with India to lower their tariffs …
