She cut her deal with him and has been reaping the benefits of it ever since. Sleep with him every once in awhile, look the other way when he sleeps with other women, stand next to him at selected public events, and then the rest of the time stay far away from him living it up at his penthouse in NYC (which he very rarely visits anymore) and his other properties while he plays golf and dodders around at Mar-a-Lago in Florida or the White House. And yes, she's just as heartless and self-absorbed and materialistic and shallow as he is.

I seriously doubt Melania sleeps with him “every once in a while”.
