Assuming this video is real...
1) Yes, this is definitely sexual harassment and very inappropriate. You don't go around your workplace patting female colleagues on the butt.
2) No, neither the Oversight Committee nor anyone else is going to do a damn thing about it, because all but a tiny handful of Congressional Republicans are in thrall to Dear Leader. If they won't do anything about the Epstein Files, they certainly aren't going to do anything about incidents like this.
3) As bad as it is, this behavior is entirely unsurprising given what we know about him.
4) His MAGA base - including MAGA women - will shrug this off with various excuses and go on as if everything is fine, just as they have always done before. Hell, many MAGAs will admire his chutzpah in doing such a thing in public.

This is nonsense. NATO and other allies were not advised in advance of the US attack on Iran, so how would they be expected to ā€œjoin the fight?ā€

He's simply having a massive meltdown and temper tantrum because he's trapped himself in a war that he can't easily get out of, and nobody is going to help him get out of it, as has happened for nearly all of his life.
