Can we not start entertaining the fact that Donald Trump likely cheated to get to 78 million votes? Let's talk about that.

One of my two firm conspiracy theory beliefs. One is that Epstein indeed was murdered, served as a honey trap for intelligence agencies, and had ALL the goods on dozens of filthy rich people. And that Trump’s orbit manipulated the 2024 election. These people are not subtle. They tell you what they are doing and who they are. Trump hinting at secret plans and knowing “the computers” before the 2024 election and Elon weirdly and confidently asserting Trump would win swing states is too much there there for my little brain.

I think Epstein was killed, and I would not be surprised at all if Musk had hackers change results for Trump to win.

1. The Epstein murder is not exactly a wild conspiracy theory. To the extent that it is a conspiracy theory, it is the most well-founded one I've ever seen.

2. Trump didn't "manipulate" the 2024 election if, by that, you mean messing with the vote totals. He won Zona, PA and Michigan where the elections are controlled by Democrats. Correlations between states mostly held. If someone was messing with the tallies, probably they would have messed enough to deny Slotkin and Baldwin Ws. Or if they weren't messing with Senate races, then McCormick woudn't have won in PA.

3. The theory behind a Kamala victory involved doing well with white women and Hispanics. Neither materialized. I think she did a bit better with white women but not enough, and she did poorly with Hispanics.

Don't mess up a good conspiracy theory by also voicing a very bad one.
