How did voters react to Dobbs? Does Dobbs still matter to voters?

Voters, especially the mythical swing voters, don’t give a shit about SCOTUS.

In his later years Billy Graham did moderate his views somewhat, but the truth is that well into middle-age Billy was also a suck-up to powerful people, and he loved associating with presidents and appearing as a presidential "religious advisor". Harry Truman despised him and considered him a religious charlatan (or "counterfeit" as he called him) for many years. And of course he was good buddies with Richard Nixon, who while not as bad as Trump was nonetheless nothing like what Graham often tried to claim he was in terms of his personal morals or religious views.

As for his son Franklin, he is a charlatan, plain and simple. He lives like a king at his mountain top home in western NC and has his own private jet to fly him around like the wealthy corporate CEO he really is rather than any kind of religious or moral leader. He constantly excuses any action of Trump while self-righteously condemning Democrats as a virtual party of Satan. He's just another Religious Right fraud like Pat Robertson or Oral Roberts or Joel Osteen or Jerry Falwell, Jr and on and on.
