Just so folks understand, that is a two second clip/video icon(?) at the end of a longer conspiracy video about Georgia elections. Which I do not say to let Trump off the hook (especially since it is still up this morning), just so people know he didn’t post that as a stand-alone image.

You're not wrong, but I think the Obama video is not lower than so much else. It's of a piece. The 1000 things are way worse than any president has done since . . . Wilson? Coolidge?

It's not great but I detect a bit of fake outrage. It's an AI parody video with Trump as the Lion King where all the other characters, who are politicians of both parties, are depicted as animals like the Obamas. Sure, it was an unfortunate (to say the least) choice to have the Obamas as apes, given our history, but some context is needed to show that they were not singled out as the only animal politicians in the video.

Plus, Trump did get some R pushback on this.
