When you write a job description, you list the duties by which are most important. Most down to least. If you asked Trump to write his, #1 would be “Stuffing my pockets with as much money as possible.” #2 “Post on social media.”
 
Trump interjecting himself at the Army-Navy game at center of the field for the coin toss . . .

To be fair, that very accurate description also perfectly fits most of the other people in his administration as well. And I'd add a third "duty" - #3 Be as incompetent and awful in all of the substantive aspects of your job as humanly possible.
