Another example of making a good trend for Trump seem worse by exaggerating the details. Mortgage rates have come down but most folks will be looking for a 30-year mortgage and know it is not 5%. He is eliminating the details after the decimal point and comparing 15-year rate now (rounding down) to 30-year rates for Biden (rounding up).

Evidently, Trump never read the story of the Scorpion and the Fox. They’re both scorpions in their own way, but at least Maher is aware.
