As the roar began to subside after the game-winning goal, if the troll in me was controlling the arena sound system, you may have heard the open chords of YMCA. I’d love to have seen the faces of the Canadian fans in the building.With everything that’s going on in our current political climate my patriotism has taken a beating lately. But this was a beautiful moment. A sorely needed reminder of how much I love my country.
