Soooo … is a Civil War brewing in Minneapolis?

“We cannot be at a place right now in America where we have two governmental entities that are literally fighting one another.”

Strongly implied, my ass.
We have residents asking the police to fight ICE agents in the streets. Chief reacts.

Clearly the Chief didn't receive the memo from the Mayor who stated the Minneapolis police might soon be engaged in armed conflict with federal agents - "fight ICE agents in the street." Don't see the Chief following that order if it ever comes. Just cooperate and with ICE by simply letting them do their job. In Georgia, there have been no issues with ICE doing its job thanks to our Governor and Mayor. Same with numerous other jurisdictions across the country.

Minneapolis is making a choice to do this the hard way.
That's either lazy or intellectually dishonest. The mayor is saying that RESIDENTS (not him) are asking (police) to fight ICE. The mayor expounds that this is not sustainable to have a state and federal government at odds. As the mayor he emphasizes that the goal is trying to keep the people safe. In a more complete clip of the speech, the mayor of Minneapolis emplores the residents not to use violence, but peaceful demonstration instead.

It's even on the Breitbart site.

Trump wants chaos and desires to call a fake insurrection and Martial Law in MN. He and ICE are baiting.

"When government fears the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny."
- Thomas Jefferson

Never said I was fine with January 6th. So, I’ll turn it around: are you fine with residents attacking federal law enforcement agents (hitting them with shovels last night)and impeding their mission?
I am absolutely not OK with the methods and tactics ICE is employing in Minnesota. I’m not OK with masked, armed, poorly trained vigilante squads ripping innocent people out of cars and homes and businesses, murdering women, tossing flashbangs and gas bombs into the vehicles of innocent citizens, and generally inciting hostility and fear.

I’m not surprised that residents and local politicians are pissed at the federal government’s purposeful antagonism.

Nope, I am not fine with that. I’m also not fine with the DHS openly admitting that they are Nazis on social media. Yet, here we are. If you admit to being white supremacist freaks, you shouldn’t be surprised if some people take objection to that when they see people being rounded up by those freaks.

No. Atlanta isn’t a Neo Confederate Sanctuary City and the State is cooperating with ICE to identify and locate criminal aliens. Makes things a lot easier.
Texas didn't cooperate with Biden. Your desire for cooperation seems one-sided.

But anyway, how about you address the third and fourth amendments, and since you're bringing Georgia into it, the 9th and 10th.

Do you actually agree that the Founders wanted Americans to shut up and "just cooperate" with the government, with the penalty for "non-compliance" being death, beatings, imprisonment, smashed property? Because that isn't the way the Founders designed it at all, and I have to wonder who brainwashed you to make you so anti-American.

Trump was impeached and indicted for telling his supporters to go to the Capital to march and protest peacefully. The entire legacy media, Dems and Jack Smith accused him of inciting an insurrection and lost their minds over Trump’s “inflammatory” call to arms.

This was nothing compared to what the Governor, Lt Governor and Mayor are encouraging their Minnesota citizens to do…..and this board cheers them on.
