ICE is claiming the dead man was armed and when they tried to disarm him, he attacked them which led to the shooting. Of course ICE has, let's call it a mixed record on these after action statements. Hopefully there is video.

Yep. I see the guy in gray pulling a gun out of the scrum. Looks like it might be from a place a holster would be. Then a second later I hear a shot, brief pause, then several more shots.

I suspect that this will be chaotic enough that this will be ruled a justified shooting. Hoping for another angle. There is a lady in pink recording on the other side of the pile which might show the shooting.
