So, you're going to ignore that she was saying in direct response to Republicans chanting "USA" and just create your own reality. Cool.

I said KKK is not an ethnic slur nor "racially-charged." That remains true. It doesn't matter whether they were chanting around her. There is still nothing wrong with what she shouted. Just because you and your ilk have surgically implanted clutching pearls doesn't make anything she said inappropriate.

The Trump administration is acting like the KKK, right now to the cloth on the face. ICE patrols are not much different than the night riders.

Kagan's dissent (and footnote 3) shows the irony in granting parents an unenumerated constitutional right to control medical care of their children, but denying adult women that same unenumerated right over their own body.
