Super Bowl - who ya got?

Rooting for Drake. Hate that he has to be on New England, but it won’t be the end of the world if they win. So go Drake!
 
I'll be cheering for Drake, but the Seahawks are pretty clearly a better overall team so I expect them to win. Playing in the Super Bowl as an underdog 23-year-old QB is a pretty great place for Drake to be, though; he has nothing to lose and everything to gain.
 
My brother, with a BA and a MA from UNC, lives about a five-minute walk from the football and baseball stadiums in Seattle. I asked him if he had any mixed loyalties about a Patriot-Seahawks Superbowl. He laughed at me and assured me he would be unreservedly pulling for the Seahawks all the way.
 
I think Seattle has one of the best defenses in several years and the best team in the NFL this year. I will be really surprised to see New England hang with them past the first half, TBH. Drake has looked a bit nervous in the playoffs and I fear he could face a major turnover game.

I will be glad to be wrong and see Drake and Mack Hollins get a Super Bowl ring.

But I will also be excited for local kid Chaz Surratt to get a ring with Seattle. My husband taught him in high school, so would be neat for him to see his former student win (he also taught a kid who now plays for the Cincinnati Reds).

I taught and coached a kid in football who had a cuppa coffee with the Raiders last year. He’s now playing in the Canadian Football League. I told him to make as much money as possible up there, buy a house big enough for me and the wife to move in. We may need to flee this shithole country

Who is the Reds player? I am a (worn down and depressed) lifelong fan, would be good to be able to have another reason to root for my team!


Oh, and I think the Seahawks win by 2 tds, but hope i am wrong
