We ate at all Mediterranean place in Greensboro last weekend. It was great.

Used to be one of my favs when i lived in the gate city.

You know cracker barrel is ok every once in awhile. It's the only place I can eat chicken livers. And I did find a 6 pack of UNC NATIONAL CHAMPION COKE BOTTLES there back in 2017.

I love Cracker Barrel. My jab was a reference to the video from yesterday suggesting "how dare" MAGAs dine at ethnic cuisine restaurants, that they should only be allowed to patronize Cracker Barrel. While that take does have a lot of merit, I think Calla will prolly realize I'm just messing with him here.

To be fair, I was kinda sorta trolling with this thread. So I don't really care where it goes. I do find it fascinating, though, that some of the people who subjected us to Trump are excited to talk about food, but are not willing to engage in what Trump is doing on a day to day basis.

Yeah, was less commentary of the direction of this thread and more so lack of participation on the same subject matter in the other thread. But I digress

Although it's almost never a place I actively choose, i end up eating at CB 3-6 times a year just by the way life happens.

The quality has absolutely cratered at CB over the last few years. It was never my favorite place, but for a long time I didn't mind going there and knew that I would get something I liked and it would be fairly good. Now I actively avoid going there, if at all possible, and know that I'm likely going to be dissatisfied if I'm unable to avoid it. (And this is based on at least a half-dozen different CB locations in various places, leading me to believe it's a restaurant-wide issue rather than one particular location.)
