I’d argue a counter to that…..I was at a UNC basketball game in February 2020. The Covid pandemic wasn’t even a slight whisper.It's been shown it was not due to hoarding but the fact there are different toilet papers for commercial versus home use and it took time to ramp up production of the latter when people no longer were pooping in airports, office buildings etc.
