Biden ran the last census?
Biden did everything.

Joe was mentally handicapped and falling off his bike, but that was all a ruse so he could release Covid, bungle Covid, rig the 2020 census, steal the election, text top secret war plans to a journalist, cover up the Epstein files, force Russia to invade Ukraine, slam the breaks on the remarkable US economy, turn the US into a lawless kakistocratic autocratic fascist kleptocracy, which in turn has forced Donald Trump to deploy militarized thugs into American streets to protect us all from what Joe will do NEXT!

“… We’re also gonna be filing a lawsuit in blue slipping …”

That might be exceptionally difficult to do. Maryland has been gerrymandering for a good while…….to-date, they haven’t figured out how to get rid of that one annoying Republican district while keeping the Democratic seats SOLIDLY blue.

No House member wants to be in a 52-48 district.

Republicans eye Kansas and Nebraska to draw more House seats

“…
  • Three Republicans currently represent Nebraska in the House. But Democrats are favored to pick up one seat in 2026, with the retirement of Rep. Don Bacon from the Omaha-based district. Republicans want to thwart those plans.
  • In neighboring Kansas, a Trump +16 state that has a Democratic governor, there are early conversations about how to gerrymander away the one Democratic House seat.…”

  • The Indiana Legislature is poised to approve a map that will include two more GOP-leaning House districts this week if it is called into special session, as is widely expected, this fall. Democrats currently hold two of the state's nine House seats.
… Missouri is up next, with its Legislature moving toward giving Republicans one more likely seat. …

  • In Ohio, Republicans are eyeing either two or three seats.
  • Florida is expected to draw anywhere from three to five likely GOP seats next year….”

Maryland Dems may redraw map as redistricting battle rages

Democrats are inching toward a mid-decade redistricting in Maryland, one of the few blue states with the ability to counter Republicans’ gerrymandering spree.

Maryland’s eight-member congressional delegation is almost entirely Democratic, save for GOP Rep. Andy Harris on the state’s Eastern Shore. The Democratic members plan to meet in the next few weeks to discuss a push for a new map. Several of them have already signaled support for a plan that would target Harris’ seat.
