Do these drinks actually do anything? I tried some this weekend and maybe they made me sleepy but that was it - are the ones we have in North Carolina really weak or something?

Yes. They have to contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 to be legal. That's weaker than ditch weed from the 60s. There are smokables available that contain THCA that are 99.9% pure which breaks down into Delta 9 at about a 90% ratio when exposed to heat.Do these drinks actually do anything? It depends on the mg of THC. If it’s 5mg you’ll feel a little relaxed and sensitized. If it’s 10mg, you will probably feel fairly high. From what I understand, the amount of CBD is the main thing that makes you sleepy.Do these drinks actually do anything? I think the better solution is testing and regulation rather than outright prohibition.I really hope the BBB will follow through and ban these. Every brewer and their mother is now a chemist who makes these without any regulation or official testing
