yeah, i keep thinking about hortman and her husband and dog and the other guy and his wife who survived. 4 victims, 2 dead, very dramatic crime although not on video in front of a literal audience....

the entire situation was out of the news in 3 days. i don't wanna hear another damn word about how ThE LiBrUL mEdiA rUnS eVeRyThInG.

The video aspect is the biggest factor in my opinion. If the Minnesota politician was assassinated at an event that was filmed and CK had been killed at home in the middle of the night, I believe that the reaction for each would be closer to the reaction their counterpart got in reality.


Kirk was a very prominent conservative celebrity, so his death would always have a bigger following than the Minnesota assassination, in my opinion.

My guess is that, in the unlikely event it happens, the trial won’t be anywhere in Utah.

I was just listening to a transcript of the text conversation between Tyler and Lance. In that exchange, Tyler described his dad as "maga_ and it wasn't in a positive sense.

So, politics is clearly in play here.

Yeah I’m assuming the feds can get him to trial first. And I know you can transfer to a different state in the federal system. But I truly have no idea how fast the Utah courts move. Just think Bondi will do all she can to get a scalp.
