Global warming, my ass.
I haven’t been getting sucked in for a while now. Way too much disappointment after 2010. I still can’t believe how long it’s been since we’ve had a foot of snow. 80’s 90’s and even the early 2000’s were a blast. Now not so much.I have made a promise to myself that I WILL NOT get sucked in by 10-day fantasy storms this winter. Have wasted too much time weather model watching and been burned again and again...

Weather channel has it being mid 50s that weekIf the forecast has the changeover to rain line running through Mecklenburg County, it has a decent chance of panning out.
That’s the most likely scenario.Weather channel has it being mid 50s that week

Heading to NYC tomorrow as well. My wife is concerned she can’t fit all the sweaters she wants to take in her bag (it’s gonna be cold up there). If you don’t mind stopping by Charlotte on your way up, maybe she can give you some of her sweaters to take up there and we’ll pick them up from you when we get there.Checking in here to see if there is anyone posting that lives along I-81 through the Shenandoah Valley as well as along I-78. Heading north at the crack of dawn tomorrow from Asheville, destination NYC.
Any falling weather expected Thursday along that route that anyone knows about?
Gonna try to get a round of golf in today. Low 70s, a bit windy.
