This thread is totally random

My wife just gave me the nastiest look. I told her that the bird feeders were getting extra attention today. I then merely informed her when she worried about them being cold that they were heavily into down jackets. I thought she'd find it reassuring.
 
Anybody else like Scotch with a few splashes of frangelico, sometimes a cube of ice, sometimes not?

Never tried that but when I was young I went through a Rusty Nail stage which is scotch and Drambuie. Those were pretty good

Maybe she took you to mean they were killing their young or even contemplating it...

Thanks for that suggestion. I used to be a purist but eventually got bored. I always ask the bartender at nice bars (which I don't frequent very often, so it's a treat) to mix up something with a single malt. They seem to appreciate that and I usually do too...

CatTech gave me a quizzical emoji on this post, I mistakenly thought down was the feathers of young geese, I have since educated myself...

Interesting. I to thought it was a feather, I see now there is a difference.

I'm not sure, now, why i used that response.
