Yep. Homosexuals, heterosexuals, cis people, people missing a finger, people who are terrified of spiders and people who have to wear wide shoes also contribute to society.
and if they were not allowed to be trans, we would likely lose their contributions.
Don't tell Caitlin Jenner or the person also mentioned above who lived 49 years of their life as cis and 33 as trans.

I very much doubt Hannah Cairo could disprove at age 17 a theorem you would never understand if you studied it for a lifetime if she was constantly struggling every day wondering every day if she was a boy or a girl.
Hannah apparently has a genius-level math brain. I think she would have been ok.
