Trump Admin takes over D.C. Policing

Even if convicted, he won't go to jail. Getting fired from his job was probably a bigger deal than this case.

That said, in today's attention economy, he could probably monetize his sandwich fame if he wanted to.

Yeah. I don't think he's going to go to jail nor do I think he should. A fine and community service along with whatever time he spent in the holding cell sounds about right. He might get hit by a lawsuit from the police officer but even that should be between nothing and a couple thousand dollars.
