He is an evil person and, according to childhood neighbors, he always has been a disturbed individual. One neighbor is quoted as having said that parents warned their children to avoid him. Maybe the same parent that said 5 year-old Donald threw rocks at her toddler trapped in its playpen.

1. The Democrats will ever get over the filibuster limit again
2. That enough GOP would cross the aisle to negate the filibuster
3. The the federal branch would listen to Congress at this point.
