Right, but why would Russia have preferred Trump in the White House over Hillary? What is the potential gain there, if you are Putin, and you are looking to disrupt the US as much as possible?

I have no insight into what was going on in Putin's mind. What comes to mind is that Putin already knew Trump viewed him as his daddy or maybe some past friendly relationship due to business dealings Trump had with Russia... who knows for sure.

I agree with the poster(s) mentioning just how much is being thrown out all at once right now. There has to be something really bad for trump and/or his buddies.

I’m going to mention this again. Magats are edgelords. They don’t need Obama, Hillary, Biden, et. al. locked up. It’s the anticipation that get’s them off. That and they’re just used to most everything in their sad little lives being disappointments.

Clearly you weren't around on the zzl during the first trump term because there was near universal, years long orgasmic hope and dialogue knowing, praying, and expecting that trump was going to be found guilty of colluding with russia. "Collusion" was a more popular word during that time than "racist" if you can believe that. And now, you guys look like the fools and sheep you were / are because it was your saint obama who was heading up the effort to undermine an election and trump's first term. How many times does it take for your politicians and media to treat you like absolute fools and idiots before you start to question what you are being fed? You people are some sick idiots with your tribal belief that your side plays by the rules.

And that is fair. I don’t really know one way or the other. It is a lot of conjecture. What is clear, to me at least, is that Putin has repeatedly felt that Trump being president is good for Russia. Whether that is because of some hidden scandal, or corrupt under the table business dealings, or because Trump is easily flattered, (or some combination of the three, to varying degrees) I am less certain about. None of those options, however, make me feel good about Trump as our president. They are all red flags.

I am on record saying all the files should be released and the chips fall where they may. When has anyone on the left said the same about obama's russia hoax? I recognize trump might have been diddling underage girls and want to know for sure. You, don't care that obama might have been diddling his supporters and committed treason because you enjoy it.

For one thing, it doesn't take much. I'm guessing less than 2% of people with an IQ above 70 think there's anything to what Team Trump is talking about right now.

But more importantly, calla is not an idiot. It's one of the reasons I can't understand why he keeps supporting this trainwreck of an administration. He appears to be a case study in the power of propaganda, but even someone like that should be able to see what Trump's doing with the Obama nothingness.

Oh, I'm waiting for it to all come out before passing judgement. Can't say the same about you. Biggest difference is that I want everything (trump, obama, hillary) to come out. You guys don't want anything other than trump to come out and what does you will immediately believe about trump and immediately dismiss about obama. It's looking more like trump is in the files. I want to know in what way. You don't have the same desire to know if saint obama committed treason.

Everyone agrees Russia interfered with the election. But the sitting president starting an investigation into it (which resulted in jail time for four Americans) was just a politically motivated hoax?
Let’s also not forget the special counsel investigation was started by republicans.
And the bipartisan senate intelligence committee did a year-long investigation to see if Crossfire Hurricane was politically motivated, and found no reason to believe it was.
But yeah, let’s take the word of the guy who lies as he breathes.

I’m fine with saying open the records and let the chips fall where they may. I said the same thing about Clinton email scandal, Biden/Ukraine, Benghazi. Nothing will come of this, I’m pretty confident. We shall see.

I'm not calling for the release of anything that does not exist.

Liberals wanted all the files to be released. Bill Barr wouldn't allow it. The idea that your side is for full transparency is comical. If they were for full transparency, why didn't Trump sit for a deposition ever? Why didn't he cooperate with Mueller?
