I take your point but I think you're going a little too far to imply she doesn't have agency in this. She may not deserve as much hate as Stephen Miller - I'm not sure even Trump deserves that much hate tbh - but she is not some unwitting or powerless participant in the administration. No one is forcing her to go up to the podium every day and do her part in dragging the country closer towards a cliff. She is openly as vigorously pro-Trump and pro-MAGA and ran for political office on that basis. She was involved in Project 2025 and is a 2020 election denier. She is not some random college kid who took a dream job to work in the White House and has the misfortune of it being working for trump. She is a pure ideologue dedicated to playing her part to carry out the same agenda that Miller et al. are pushing.
