No civil pardons.

He will pay this one because it is just $5 million and he makes that every hour on his crypto scam. The bigger ones are the $80 million+ that EJ got in the second defamation case and the $450 million+ New York AG case. Both of those are still under appeal and may or may not get tossed and/or reduced.

There is a big difference between a final judgment enforceable by judgment liens and a contractor's unliquidated claim for past due services.

Trump will pay. Otherwise, a court could freeze his assets.
 
Meh, I didn't follow at all this original case and I don't recall commenting on the judge's errors for this trial. The only comment I have is that George Conway's group orchestrated the complaint. I think she's bat shit crazy but the jury ruled in her favor so congrats to her.

My complaint was with the NY AG civil case - you know the victimless crime case where nobody was defrauded. That's the case that SHOULD be overturned on appeal. Criminal case as well - I assume it's still under appeal?

Trump will definitely pay this "small" judgment.

15M settlement says otherwise. No one thinks Trump “raped” Carroll.

Ok, she prevailed with a jury pool of 97% Dems. This civil case is not the heart of lawfare. Trump can use the 16M he’s receiving from ABC/George to pay Carroll.
