My complaint was with the NY AG civil case - you know the victimless crime case where nobody was defrauded. That's the case that SHOULD be overturned on appeal. Criminal case as well - I assume it's still under appeal?

Trump will definitely pay this "small" judgment.

So if the CBS settlement definitely indicates that CBS was in the wrong...does a verdict that's been rendered and upheld on appeal indicate that Trump was in the wrong?

No. Trump is not a pedo rapist no matter how many times you post it. You’re convincing no one. ABC paid him 16M for merely calling him a “rapist.” I wonder how much the damages would have been had “pedo” been added.

Man, it is really starting to look like some of your political views are the *least* bad thing about you. You likely do not have the testicular fortitude to do so, but I would love for you to explain to all of us, as a father of a daughter, why you have no problem whatsoever with worshiping a man who openly lusted after his prepubescent teenage daughter, and who purposely walked through the changing rooms of teenage beauty pageants. I don’t even have daughters, and that type of behavior makes me want to put two pieces of lead right between the eyes of any grown man who would do that.

You can argue semantics all you want.

A jury of his peers found Trump liable for sexual assault & defamation. Not an activist judge. A jury.
Trump has stated multiple times that he leered at contestants of a Miss TEEN U.S.A. pageant. Walking through the dressing room while those young girls changed.
He's openly mused about dating his own daughter.
More than twenty-five women have accused Trump of some form of sexual deviance... up to and including rape, kissing, groping, and unwanted advances.
He has a documented history of insulting and belittling women. He has made multiple lewd comments about their physical appearance, their intelligence, and referred to them using derogatory epithets.

I haven't even mentioned Jeffrey Epstein.

And YOU still support him. YOU condone it. All of it.

You don't have to admit or publicly acknowledge it, but we know that you know. It's wrong. And it makes you and everyone else who supports him a gigantic POS.

He could grab your mom by the pussy, and you'd still vote for him.
 
I ain’t no lawyer nor nothing- just a dumb hick from the sticks- but I am pretty sure that the lawyering types who graduate from real lawyering schools would consider all of the above that @dukeman92 and I (and others) laid out, to be pretty solid circumstantial evidence of Donald Trump being a kiddie diddler.

Also, pretty sure the aroused ram was one of the main MAGAs here calling Joe Biden a pedophile freak for showering with his young daughter. (And guess what! He was right! That is weird as fuck and totally inappropriate!) So you can see why it’s extra hilarious that our aroused mountain goat friend is going to the mat defending Donald Trump‘s pedophilia.

I reckon my TDS is flaring up this fine Friday morning, but I find anyone who defend sexual deviance, especially when minors are involved, to be vile. It’s not even Trump’s policies that I hate about him- it’s truly his perversion of literally all norms (such as, you know, it being a bad thing to elect a guy who wanted to have sex with his 13 year old little girl!)
