1. She mangled the administration's position: it doesn't argue that birthright citizenship is unconstitutional, but rather that it's not constitutionally required. It's all bullshit so who cares really, but it's amusing to see propaganda barbie v. 2.0 fuck it up so badly.

2. If "illegal immigrants" are not subject to the jurisdiction of our laws, then literally the US has no power to detain or deport them. Their presence here is entirely at their discretion, since none of our laws apply to them.

I don't actually care how it gets done as long as it works out best for America. And I consider getting criminal illegals out as doing what is best for America, unlike the past administration and their followers.

Could you please link to your post where you chastised Donald Trump for tanking the James Lankford-championed bipartisan immigration reform bill last year? For some crazy reason, I just can't seem to find it.

All administrations, as far as I know, deport criminal illegals. Trump is just putting a priority on it. I'm fine with that.

This all needs to be sorted out. It is amazing that a foreign pregnant woman can fly into this country or walk across the border, stay for 1 hour, have a baby, and leave with an American citizen entitled to everything any other American is entitled to. All with absolutely no contribution towards paying for any of these benefits at all.

Democratic strategist James Carville said Democrats need to let President Trump “punch himself out.”

In remarks on MSNBC on Friday, Carville recalled Muhammad Ali, noting he would go six or seven rounds before coming in and “launching bombs.”

“What we have to learn is, Democrats: Just let him punch himself out,” Carville said in the interview with MSNBC’s Katie Phang.

Carville argued it’s difficult to let Trump hurt himself politically as he continues to highlight “distractions” such as acquiring Greenland.

“But you just got to keep bobbing and weaving and bobbing and weaving,” he said. “And then, in due course, you’re going to be able to come in.”

Carville said Trump’s biggest problem is going to be following through on something he campaigned on: lowering the costs facing Americans.

“Of course, eggs are $4 and something a dozen,” Carville said. “And he keeps distracting us and we keep getting distracted.”

“But we’ll come back, and we’ll all straddle this target and get it in writing before long, I think,” he conclude

Prices are going to be a big problem. I noticed immediately after the election that produce prices in my area started a noticeable increase. Particularly produce from CA. Machines don't pick strawberries and the genius has run off the migrant workers.

There is nothing to sort out. And your reply has absolutely zero to do with the Trump administration (and their current mouthpiece) saying that something which is unambiguously clear in the Constitution is not constitutional. 🤷‍♂️

If she's leaving with the baby, then she's not taking benefits, dumbass.

You guys are always SOOOOO concerned about these weird not-real and implausible cases. Oh, somewhere there is a woman on welfare driving a cadillac? Well, cut welfare. Are they eating pets in Springfield? Kick em out of the country. It's sad that your brain can't process more than one idea at a time.

You do realize that Biden deported as many illegals as Trump? The king of deportation was Obama. Will be curious to see if Trump 2 reaches that level.

As far as pregnant woman on planes go...pregnant women get turned away all the time. If the Immigration officer comes across a very pregnant woman, its not uncommon to be turned away. The problem is that with a 90 or 180 day tourist visa, you can come over while hardly showing. Would you ban any pregnant woman from entering the US? How do you actually enforce that? The persons who go this route are usually wealthy families where mom doesn't work and the family can fun a lengthy US visit.

And just as an aside...those citizen babies have obligations down the road. I know friends who thought it was cute to have their kids born in the US ("the Marines will come for my kids"). Now that they hit adulthood, those kids now have tax obligations (remember the US is one of those countries that taxes your income globally). Not justifying...just an observation. I think its a loophole that is wrongly taken advantage of to be honest.
