I believe musk rigged the election
Musk is an technological idiot. He knows almost nothing about programming.

And yet you think he could single-handedly rig elections in seven different states -- all of which use a variety of different voting, tabulation, canvassing, and supervision methods? How could you -- presumably a graduate of a top 10 university -- possibly believe something so abjectly stupid?

Well he could hire folks as I hear that he has a lot of money.

That somehow have the ability to rig millions of different paper ballots, tabulation methods across seven different states?

Are people fucking taking crazy pills? I swear the internet has made people so damn gullible. It is a blight on humanity.

And how do you suppose these people are going to pull off this Great Caper without spilling the beans to their Discord buddies?

John Hopkins research is getting slammed. UNC and Duke I'm sure have lawyered up.
Grants and spending bills allocating grants are illegal to remove without due cause.

Not that legality can reign in Trump or Musk.

The Mad Orange King and his evil HR Court Jester.

Is the S-Line at risk?

From today's WSJ:

USDOT Secretary's office sent an email to DOT agencies instructing them to review competitively awarded—but not yet fully obligated—projects under Biden that include the words:

—Green infrastructure

—Bike infrastructure

—EV infrastructure

—Any Project purpose to reduce greenhouse gas emissions

DOT wants to cancel these projects.

With relatively few revenue streams to make up for a loss of federal funding, I think UCSF could be hit the hardest of all. That’s not an area where non-tenured faculty and technical staff are likely to have amassed much of a cash reserve. The potential loss of talent could be devastating.

I thought they were joking. Are they serious?

Sadly. They appear to be. Or at least conspiracy-curious.
I think you are assigning a level of seriousness that was not present, or at least that I didn't see. I took it as more of an expression of general sentiment -- that the GOP has no qualms at all about cheating or rigging an election -- than a specific, empirical claim about the election that they would defend with seriousness.

I pray you are right. But I am not sure that you are.

There's nothing wrong with being "conspiracy curious." Sometimes conspiracies do happen. For instance, the purchase of Alito and Thomas by billionaires tied to Leonard Leo.

I think the optimal stance is something like "conspiracy skeptic with an open mind and a disciplined approach to evaluating evidence."
