They think these there are a bunch of undocumented murderers and rapists who served their time and then were allowed back in the US population.

Just delusional thinking.
Conversely, we have sheriffs in large metros that are refusing to work with ICE when they have 'bad hombres' that are booked for offenses like DUI, assault, theft, or even driving around without insurance. That needs to change.

Again, they are doing jobs at a lot lesser pay across the board so dont tell me others wont do the job. They wont do it for that level of pay, correct. Just because you know a few who are paid fairly doesnt mean jack, jack. Reality is the majority are not paid fairly so people can make lots of money off of them. We do agree that the people hiring them illegally are to blame.
You are full of shit. My company has made repeated efforts to hire vets, ex-cons, basically anyone. It is a light commercial operation in a relatively large city and we struggle to find anyone to fill line positions - many at wages well above minimum with as much OT as you want and ample opportunity to move up with the least bit of initiative. Well, we have a decent percentage of Venezuelan asylum seekers (some Ukes and SE Asians) and they are BY FAR the best people we have. Only ones who consistently show up on time and work hard all shift. They pay taxes like anyone else and are massive contributors to the economy. We E-verify, so we wind up turning down dozens of folks showing up who want to earn $13-$16/hour with benefits. In a relatively poor part of town, but few American citizens seem interested.

The following example has been posted repeatedly on here to illustrate what mass deportation and cracking down on illegal immigrants does to the economy, but Trumpers just keep conveniently ignoring it. In 2010 Alabama's GOP state government decided to do a major crackdown on illegal immigrants in the state. And it was a disaster. Within weeks farmers (many of them Republican) were complaining that their crops were rotting in the fields because they couldn't find people to pick them, and they started begging the state government to back off. I believe at one point the state was reduced to using convict labor to try and pick crops, but that was a failure too. Eventually the state government relented and backed off. The notion that businesses that rely on immigrant labor will be able to find nearly enough Americans to replace the lost labor is delusional, imo.

CNN reported earlier Thursday that Wiles was considered the front-runner for the job but had some reservations about the role and had expressed to Trump certain conditions before she accepted, a source said. At the top of the list was more control over who can reach the president in the Oval Office.

“The clown car can’t come into the White House at will,” the source said. “And he agrees with her.”

During Trump’s first term, his chiefs of staff struggled to prevent a roving cast of informal advisers, family members, friends and other interlopers from getting inside the White House to meet with him. Trump is often influenced on an issue by whoever he speaks to last, a fact that is well known within his circle and one that made life difficult on his top aides.

My concern as well. If he actually does deny those outlets, welcome to the brave new world of authoritarian state media. Scary stuff here.
Yeah, I don't have a warm fuzzy about that either. We shall see.

Illegals who commit crimes here are currently deported correct? I know that was happening under Obama, I assume it continued under Trump. I don’t know why they should have to go through court and prison here before being deported, assuming their illegal entry happened first.

“…
During the call, which Trump took from his resort in Florida, he advised the Russian president not to escalate the war in Ukraine and reminded him of Washington’s sizable military presence in Europe, said a person familiar with the call, who, like others interviewed for this story, spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive matter.

The two men discussed the goal of peace on the European continent and Trump expressed an interest in follow-up conversations to discuss “the resolution of Ukraine’s war soon,” several of the people said. …”

(Cont’d)

“… Trump told NBC on Thursday that he had spoken to about 70 world leaders since the election, including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky — a call that Elon Musk also joined.

Ukrainian officials have been informed of the Putin call and did not object to the conversation taking place, said two people familiar with the matter. Ukrainian officials have long understood that Trump would engage with Putin on a diplomatic solution for Ukraine, the people said. …

Trump’s initial calls with world leaders are not being conducted with the support of the State Department and U.S. government interpreters.

The Trump transition team has yet to sign an agreement with the General Services Administration, a standard procedure for presidential transitions. Trump and his aides are distrustful of career government officials following the leaked transcripts of presidential calls during his first term.

“They are just calling [Trump] directly,” one of the people familiar with the calls said. …”

Putin knows how to play Trump. He’s going to spank him in public and then deny Trump an audience until he serves him up Ukraine and walks away from NATO.

It will be very telling if this psycho is let anywhere near the Trump administration:

Oh, great, yet another embittered and resentful Trumper wacko and nutcase who wants to use the federal government to gain revenge and destroy the lives of liberals because liberals won the culture wars and gave minority groups more rights. God forbid that gay people are allowed to marry and treated with decency and women are allowed to have careers outside the home and we now pay more attention in schools to some of the really bad moments in American history, like Japanese-American internment or the 1898 Wilmington Insurrection or 1921 Tulsa riots. And how dare liberals change the names of military bases and schools and places named after blatantly racist or Confederate leaders! Just more evidence of why liberals are right to be very worried and anxious about their safety and prospects under a second Trump administration. You can practically see the spittle flying from Flynn's mouth as he typed this rant.
