Two sources close to President-elect Donald Trump said they were optimistic after being briefed on today’s meetings with Vice President-elect JD Vance, Matt Gaetz and key republican senators.

“Matt is a polarizing person, but he’s very good one-on-one,” one source said, adding that there was a belief among those in support of Gaetz that getting him to sit down with senators and make his case would showcase how he has the right person for the job.

LOL. Does anyone care how good he is one-on-one? He could be as fucking charismatic as George Clooney in a small room setting. Doesn't change the fact that Clooney knows more about law than him.

The idea that a person with two years of experience as an attorney, straight out of law school, a dozen years ago, could be the right person to be AG, is even more comical than a Mike Johnson attempted erection.

Is this the same bill that will force the state to increase the amount given to school vouchers by a whopping $2 billion over the next few years? They're literally financially starving our public schools to death, and the great bulk of the public doesn't seem to either know or care. And the vouchers will go to anybody - including even wealthy parents - and there is little to no oversight or regulation as to how the money will be spent. These are dark, dark days for American public education, including here in NC.

This guy wants to brainwash your kids. He wants to tell your kids what kind of Christian they can be. He wants teachers to tell you what kind of Christian they can be. They are trying to dictate how you raise your kids. Etc.
